Ms. Harris has been a member of NCBW for 27 years and was elected National President in September 2017. NCBW's mission is advocate on behalf of black women and girls to promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education and economic empowerment. For over 18 years, Hill has worked in the private and non-profit sectors and has extensive experience in fiscal management, executive coaching, leadership development, change management, organizational development, brand design and development, corporate and philanthropy outreach, and image services.
