Kelly Ramsey is a passionate teacher, focused visionary and a purpose-driven leader.

As the owner of Developing People, Inc , Kelly fosters engaging learning environments that help individuals to discover, develop and launch dreams, goals and vision for life. She believes that everyone was created with a purpose, and we are on a journey to figure out just what that purpose is. Currently, her work has expanded to building communities through individual consulting, We-Connect Communities and capacity building with non-profit agencies.

As a life-long learner Kelly believes that self-discovery and personal reflection are key to creating rich learning environments for adults and children. At the heart of her work is restoring the family, to God's order and function. She has a strong interest in the family unit and it's strength in nurturing the individual family members' development. A to Z parenting with intention provides a community of support for families to foster intentional practices as a family from conception to empty nest.

As a teacher, Kelly creates learning opportunities for adults that evoke passion and creates new paths for learning. She enjoys sharing in the discovery with the learner, facilitating the exchange of ideas, and providing resources to enhance the learning experience.

As a published author of Families and Educators Together and Stories of Resistance she contributes to the Early Childhood professional engaging families at the heart of their work. The end goal is to restore families as the first institution created by God.
