Dancing is beneficial in one's life in so many ways. Dancing is not only a lot of fun, it engages the brain, improves memory, and tests show it is better for our bodies that workouts at the gym. Learning ballroom dancing is about learning patterns and sequence and helps us to accept ourselves and what our bodies are able to do. A waltz is a workout for lower leg muscles and the feet due to its rise and fall movements. Line dancing is very energetic and repetitive and exercises feet and legs.
