In this ACIM Satsang Barret talks about how a ballet dancer can appear pretty and graceful on the surface but many dancers sustain damage to their bodies as a result. Similarly in this world we often like to present a pretty picture with ribbons and bows without showing our scars underneath.

But Spirit's answer is always, “Be authentic! Lay down the mask and be who you really are.”

A theme in the sharing today is about the importance of speaking up if something arises with someone. Often when you don't, it may become a grievance or annoyance and will spill over into your encounters with them.
