Veteran reporter Dan Rather visited Kent State University on Friday as a part of the dedication to a portion of the college's campus into the National Historic Landmarks.May 4 marks the anniversary of 1970, where protesting students, observers and soldiers gathered, before the Ohio National Guard shot and killed four students and wounded nine others.
