Losing weight is something everybody should take serious. I lived the life of popping the pills to drop the pounds. It's a dangerous rush that ends up putting more weight on your mind body and soul. When I tore of the stuff that was dragging me down in 2009. It was no longer my choice. It was enforced by a heart attack. That's why when I hear that someone wants to make a change.
