Flin then shares his experience and feelings related to visiting a cardiologist after prolonged time of avoidance, leading into a wider conversation about fears, uncertainty, and confronting the unknown to find peace. From there, we somehow find ourselves exploring the Year of the Fire Horse, superstitions, belief systems, mythology, and the strange world of dreams; lucid dreaming, sleep paralysis, and some thoughts and stories in between. We also discuss how to actually support friends when they're struggling, and why simply listening is often more valuable than giving advice. Also making a case for normalizing not competing in friendly conversations, for less interrupting and less "one upping" other peoples stories. To round things off, we share our critical thoughts on AI-generated art and music.
