He has worked with some of the biggest names in the business including Tina Turner, Cher, Sade, Janet Jackson, Beyonce and Pink. We talk a lot about mentorship and the importance of having a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Malcolm gives details on maintaining family relationships while touring and staying healthy mentally and physically.
