As a Human Resources Business Partner for a global defense contractor, Julia is in the business of helping both employees and their organization grow to their fullest potential. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Business Administration, and is currently pursuing her MS-HRM at Florida Tech. Passionate about anything diversity, Julia holds the seat of Diversity Chairperson with the Space Coast Human Resources Association.
As a military spouse, Julia continues to embrace diversity by meeting military spouses from all over the world and connecting them to much needed resources.
Always focused on both the needs of the organization as well as the needs of the individual employee, Julie discusses the skills and strategies that guide her effective and compassionate work with others including directness, honesty, appropriate self-disclosure, creating a safe zone, partnering in problem solving and a profound and celebratory appreciation for the diversity of others.
