I first was introduced to Joe Cross through his first documentary, Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead and it was very instrumental in my own health journey. As fate would have it, years later, I got to interview him for my other podcast, The Wizard's Corner.

So, when I reached out to Joe in hopes that he would share his story again with me on this podcast, he agreed, as I knew he would. It's very inspiring when someone takes charge of their own path and takes back their health and that's what you'll find out in this episode.

Because of Joe's health journey, he started his own juice revolution company, if I can use that to describe it. Joe and his team created the Nama juicer and I hope you'll enjoy listening to his story, as much as I enjoyed creating this for you.
