I recently had the privilege of having Souzan Asfour who is the Head of Employer Engagement at Wise Employment, on the Employment Services Show Podcast. This woman is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to placing people with disabilities into work and leading her team.

With Over 15 years working in employment services across both Jobactive and Disability, she has held a range of different positions from Business development, Marketing team leader and project management. Now as head of Employer Engagement, Souzan is Passionate about making a difference by providing outstanding customer service to jobseekers and employers. Which in turn has created employment opportunities for candidates and has also secured ongoing business relationship with some loyal employers.
