Judge Rakoff has ruled that Jes Staley will get a chance to depose his accuser under oath before his case gets to trial. This comes after both sides went back and forth over the issue, with the accuser saying she was scared to reveal her identiy due to blowback. Judge Rakoff decided she will have to sit for the deposition, but with restrictions to keep her identity out of the public sphere.
