NC State Director of Athletics Boo Corrigan has announced that Head Softball Coach Jennifer Patrick-Swift has been relieved of her duties effective immediately and will not coach the remainder of the 2023 season.
"After careful consideration, we decided to make a change in the leadership of our softball program. We will begin a national search following the conclusion of the season. We wish Jennifer the best in the future," said Corrigan.
Assistant Coach Patrick Swift will also not return.
The Wolfpack will travel to Virginia Tech this weekend for a three-game series beginning Friday.
