First of all we need to agree on the definition of what a Heifer is. A Heifer is actually a young Cow which hasn’t given birth yet and therefore is not yet a MILK COW.
This is the somewhat sad story of a young man who was sent (transported, deported NOT emigrated) to Australia for stealing a Heifer and never returned. It could have been a lot worse because people were executed for less back in those days.
