For the last three decades, Jay's hunger to rise above has produced numerous accomplishments, including successful businesses, bodybuilding championships, radio, TV, stage appearances, authoring multiple books, creation of a Sales and Personal Development series, and speaking opportunities. Jay shares that his background in psychology, paired with his many years of working with people, gives him an advantage when it comes to helping his clients, and in this episode, we talk about it. We also talk about the challenges of entrepreneurship, and Jay offers some advice for someone starting. He recently celebrated his 100th episode on his talk show and featured Bill O'Reilly.
