Jade Harrell with Steve Parks, Director of Programs, Diversity Awareness Partnership. Steve is responsible for facilitating and leading diversity and inclusion discussions with youth and adults. He offers tools and strategies to open up communication. He shares the ways we can listen and express for influence. Steve distinguishes between dialogue and debate to encourage awareness, understanding and healing.
