Hi Everyone!
I'm back at the podcast today after last week's birthday week. Today I share a little bit of what went "wrong" and "right" over my birthday, and discuss the battle through the heaviness that seems to be floating overhead right now.
The thing I come back to again and again is the importance of knowing how to let go. I'm usually very insightful that I need to let go, but being able to do so is a different thing.
Perhaps you resonate with some of this, and if you have any good strategies for letting go feel free to pop them here. The best way I know how to let go is to go get on my mat and breathe, so that's what I'm about to do.
