For the first time ever, I deleted a recording and re-recorded it. Most other podcasts would see this as an entirely reasonable thing to do, but I've always taken pride in the fact that in this podcast you always get me as I am. No carefully planned, recorded and edited show. Just me using my every day life to help you increase your confidence and self esteem. So you are now not hearing the original, but is this a problem? It could be the start of a slippery slope in the wrong direction.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this. I'm certainly not prepared to hide behind some carefully edited recording! So as ALWAYS you get the raw - unedited version. Just like with all shows - I need your feedback.
