This is typically the most expensive option because you’re either paying someone else to do something at their rate of pay or you’re paying yourself to do it at yours.The Cost of Waiting – You can choose to be okay with the project or task being delayed until your team completes the existing things in the queue and has the necessary capacity to take on these additional items. This is also known as patience – and very few people today have any.
What is important to realize, whether you like it or not, is that when you are overwhelmed you’re always going to pay one of these 4 costs.
