Scripture said that it was by his STRIPES we were/are healed.. was this physical? and if so, why so many are yet sick among believers?

1. Is it God's will that I be sick?
2. Is it God's will that I be healed?
3. What do I do to be healed?
4. Do I have to be saved to be healed?
5. If a person asked for prayer for healing yet rejects salvation, should I still pray for them?
6. Can I be healed if I don't have faith?
7. Will God heal others because of me or me because of others?
