Sometimes we just go through the motions because it's what we've been taught or what our parents & their parents did or DRILLED into us to be the truth. When sometimes the truth is you have no real HEART-centered attachment to the belief, it's just "how you were raised". Is that "alignment"? Should alignment feel like SUCH a sacrifice?
