While "grounded" let's take an inventory on our relationships with 👫people, 🍽food, 💵money, 🗣self, etc.

🙏Pray the serenity prayer, go within and ask God to reveal these areas in your life.
I promise you will feel better once you admit (first step in AA) there is a concern, and then make the healthy changes.
