And, how all of that attributed to his desire to become a world-class professional bodybuilder. He stresses the importance of being in shape before engaging in any activity that requires strenuous repetitive motion (such as paddling). Steve also recommends a few simple exercises that paddlers can do to accomplish that goal using minimal, inexpensive equipment.
