She shares a story where she reflects on a big decision she had to make and the human inclination to seek out advice without attention to ourselves, our spirit and divinity. Though it is valuable to seek support from those with whom we are in community, too much advice can cause what she refers to as intrapersonal confusion. Brittany shares a divine download she experienced and invites us to affirm and remember: "In our stillness, we have access to divine wisdom and energy."
