- What is frustration? Or is feeling overwhelmed a better word for it?
- is feeling frustrated or overwhelmed the same thing as giving up?
- Putting in the continuous work and showing up will eventually let you overcome the feeling of frustration
- Frustration and impatience can feel similar, if not the same at times
- Impatience can make you loose track of the bigger picture

- if we can be of service to another person, our own frustration will vanish because our focus on ourselves gets taken away
