This episode is about why and when I had to stop watching "This Is Us" and many, many, many other shows. Television shows used to be called programming and that's exactly the purpose of the images and sounds funneled to us by the media--programming our minds. I like to suspend my disbelief as much as anybody, however, sometimes the shit gets too real.
