Let's face it, most people lack confidence. It's crazy but it's true. They don't feel good enough, don't really believe in themselves, they're not sure whether they're capable of doing what they want to do. Confidence is a skill that can be learned, that can be trained, like a muscle in the gym. It doesn't happen overnight, it's a process, and it's an ongoing process.
Let's say people start to work on their confidence but they quickly get discouraged... because they're not where they want to be yet. They may not be satisfied with their job, finances, relationships, weight, social life, you name it, so their confidence drops. They keep asking:
