We talk about the challenges of navigating grief, such as trauma bonding, feeling isolated, and struggling to understand why it happened. We also touch on on the impact of social media in sharing news of someone's passing and how people respond to those going through loss. Despite it being difficult to talk about, we both want to support others who may be experiencing similar situations.
