This week we are discussing the benefits journaling has not only on your mental and emotional health but your overall well-being!

Journaling helps you to remember the times we may forget about. It allows you to manifest anything and everything in your life. It reminds you of how far you’ve come. There are so many benefits to journaling and it’s something as simple as putting pen to paper.

I journal about everything! What I am going through, what I want, who I want to be, what I am feeling, affirmations, what I want to attract, etc.

I share how journaling has actually gotten me through some tough conversations that allow me to express my feelings in a better way than verbally communicating.

I highly recommend incorporating this into your lifestyle. If you end up not liking it, try something different. But you never know unless you try!

The most important thing to take from this is being able to take something from each episode and try it so you can start stacking habits on top of each other to create that optimal wealth we’re looking for!

Bible verse highlighted: Proverbs 31:25 “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” This scripture describes how we women get to live out our lives. We can live without fear of the future because we know that God is within us and we will not fail.
