mostra di piùFor example, Certainty is a big one for me. If I am not proactive, my brain may find certainty in an unhealthy behavior (food, drink, working out, etc). You see, your brain does not label things positive or negative when in its unconscious state. It will just feel that the need for certainty is being met. So, it may find certainty on sitting on the sofa for 3 hours in the morning versus going to the gym. As it sees it whether we are going to the gym (healthy) or sitting on the sofa (not so healthy), it doesn't care as long as it provides certainty for it!
