The guys bring in a very special guest. A client, Austin Pearson, talks about his experience with buying a newly built home without an inspection.

Listen to Austin talk about one calamity after the next as he tells his story. After being in the house only a month, a pin prick leak in his wall began to show signs of damage in his home. After the builder opens the wall, it turns into one disaster after another.

The guys show up in December to help Austin out with a full home inspection. The story does end up with a happy ending as the builder does finally agree to repair Austin's house. And he has anew baby to top it all off!
