Every year the people in Sandcastle enjoy a two week Halloween carnival at the Miller Mansion with absolutely no idea about where these gypsies get their goods. It is about time we tell you the story of Cyrus Vanslow, one of the wealthiest gypsies with the most unusual, but sought after Halloween costume shops in the USA. Every year the evil in Sandcastle draws him to do his final yearly business call at the town at the edge of the sea. But why?
