This episode of Big Blend Radio features the Historic Jones House Bed & Breakfast, nestled in this heart of historic Nacogdoches, the oldest city in Texas. The Matthews and Jones families employed Dietrich Antone Gerard Rulfs as architect and contractor to build the stately mansion which was completed in 1897. The home was recorded as a Texas Historic Landmark in 1973. Today guests can experience the elegance with old-fashioned Texas hospitality by staying overnight in one of the three exquisite guest rooms. A Teahouse is currently being added to the Jones House, which is also equipped for small weddings, receptions and private events.
