Janis Isaman is the founder of My Body Couture and her specialty is helping people rid themselves of pain so that once again they can feel comfortable in their own bodies. Highly certified in both fitness and nutrition modalities and quoted as a lifestyle expert in Reader’s Digest, Prevention and Woman’s Health, Janis wants you to know that if you struggle with mobility issues, discomfort or body dysfunction, she can help!
A provider of customized, individualized movement and nutrition coaching, Janis shares her unique brand of The Helping Conversation, including a "discipline-agnostic" approach which has helped hundreds of people navigate their body issues through education and movement techniques to full body sustainability.
Honoring her clients as the best resource in their own lives as well as creating trust, safety & hope through the use of self-disclosure, Janis states that her primary goal is to help create a “solution, not just introduce a technique.”
