He values the interaction face time with our guests, to be able to understand and create a memorable experience during their stay.

As we generously give our heartfelt services to our guests, do we also allow ourselves to receive the generosity from our guests in return?
While maximising the yield of hotel rooms revenue, are we doing it in the right conscience and not discounting the experiences from our guests who choose to stay with us?
