How do we get in touch with Spirit, in touch with our inner self? The answer, I believe, is in being - just being., in self-knowledge, and self-awareness. It lies in listening to our inner wisdom and trusting that we "have the answers." It lies in trusting that we know "what we don't know". We understand our 'safe operating limit" from a physical and mental level. On a spiritual level it lies in giving up the past and choosing to live in the present. It lies in letting negative thoughts and judgement give way to loving and trusting thoughts. It lies in understanding what motivates our relationships and what our relationships really are. Most of all, it is in being - just being.
