They discuss Kareen’s healing session and how sound can be a vessel in helping the human body ground itself and become more spiritually aligned. Carly explains her process of using singing bowls and listening to the tones in order to clear blocked energies. Kareen asks how people can get started if they’re interested in sound healing and Carly gives recommendations. Beyond gongs and drums, another healing practice they review is sacred dancing, the art of moving in a way that feels good and restores the body.
