Judge Baron’s final order to the NJ Racing Commission clearly states that Tiger’s racehorse Charlie May, would be declared the winner of the 2021 Meadowlands Pace. Also brought to public awareness was the fact that the owners of Lawless Shadow, who was placed first in the 2021 Meadowlands Pace, have retained the legal services of Howard Taylor.
