Happy Thoughts _Staying Mentally & Physically Well in Trying Times

There's a lot of tension, fear and anxiety circulating in our lives right now because of the corona virus, and the energy of Fear and obviously dreadful illness that it brings. 

Now that we’ve been in lockdown for a while, it could be starting to wear us down a bit. And I wondered what can I do,  what energy can I send out, that is positive and will possibly help others. Here is a little “pep talk” that will hopefully lift your spirits a bit. There’s also a lovely poem about how life moves in circles.
