We got something a little different in today’s podcast episode. There is much stress stimulation going on in the world today, but there is always something for which to be grateful! Let’s relax, release that stress and meditate today.

Japa is the meditative repetition of a mantra. In today’s Japa-style practice our mantra is ‘thank you’. 108 is a sacred number of spirituality. We’ll give 108 thanks for the many good things in our lives…our bodies, our world, everything.

If you have mala beads, feel free to use them. If not, that’s ok too! Everything always works out for our good!
