People don't want to interact with bullies. Yet bullies aren't bad people -it's their behaviors that are appalling. They act out their pain, loneliness, & insecurities in very offensive ways. People are hesitant to interact with them, uncertain of the bully's reactions, if they'll be safe in doing so or because they are not worth their time and effort. With the exception of any imminent danger, there are steps you can take to reach out and intervene. Consider the HA-HA SORB Method:
