The Outlet with Kei-Touch enjoyed guest Monica Reid, President of the Armani Network. The Armani Network educates families on Emergency Preparedness. The recent natural disasters have exposed that families may be without electricity or be unable to leave the home for days. The critical tools highlighted were families having a communication plan, evacuation plan, necessary supplies for shelter in place and much more.

Monica also shared she discovered the value of meditation while battling Lupus. It was so beneficial that she now holds meditation workshops to assist others. Meditation can help people feel more in control, kids with behavior problems and just general life challenges.
