Per a federal investigation end of 2018, Oregon DHS has a prescription rate of 19.7 % of all children on psychiatric drugs. Oregon DHS reported three different figures in a one year span, that it was less than 18%, then said less than 15 % then said it was less than 10%. Having the counties reporting quarterly would make these stats accurate. This simple legislation would require each county to report how many children in their care are on 1-8 psychiatric drugs and the prescribing doctor.
