This is the story of FatFish Digital, a tech company that started building apps before the “app boom” talked about AI before it was the hype and built over 100 products over the last 10 years.

Brighton based Fat Fish Digital started by building games. Soon into the podcast we realised certain types of businesses, founders and interests attract different types of talent to the company. In the case of Fat Fish, that turned out to be a strength since they are a group of people with shared passions and a robust company culture that has grown and matured organically.
