It took me some time but I finally figured out what the difference is between being gritty and being stubborn. Now I don't know about you but when I first thought about this I was like "Oh, that's easy, let me break it down real quick!" And then when I went to write it down I realized that there was a gap between my thinking mind and my speaking mind.. To be more accurate, a gap between my "Feeling" mind and my thinking mind. I could feel the difference, but where we get our feels and where we get our words are not the same place in the brain! So it took a bit of time, and even working some of it out live in the show today - but by the end I think I finally got a solid grasp on what it is! Hope you enjoy this live mental workshop!
