Why do we hate work? We complain about our jobs, chores, school work, and house work. The Bible teaches that work is a blessing from God. Mankind was given work before the fall (Genesis 2). Work was not a result of sin but was made more difficult by sin. We complain about work or avoid it because of sin. We can be selfish and lazy. Fear can rule us instead of faith. The way of God's wisdom is to work for the glory of God by working with industry and integrity.
