DaMarra Chanel graduated from The Creative And Performing Arts (CAPA) High School with high honors. She was the President of her class while also taking college courses at CCAC, with high honors. DaMarra Chanel, 2014 graduate of Howard University Washington DC., graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Music Education. During her time at Howard University she was a member of the Howard University Choir, Howard Singers, and Howard Gospel Choir. She was also a part of the Golden Key Honor Society and National Collegiate Scholars Honor Society. In addition, she was one of the charter members of Mu Phi Epsilon International Professional Music Fraternity Inc. DaMarra loves the Lord and has a passion for her music ministry while also drawing people closer to God. DaMarra is a very active member of Metropolitan Baptist Church and a positive role model in the Community.
