Lars Dahlhaus is a Beer importer and talks with Mark Alyn about Gluten Free Beer. A German brewery has created the first Gluten Free Beer and Lars is here to tell us all about it.

Lars has been an importer of international beers, including Germany, for more than 10 years. He works for St. Killian Importing in Everett, Massachusetts. Killian is one of the largest privately owned importers in the United States. St. Killian, where Dahlhaus leads the specialty division, started importing beer from Germany in 1983. He grew up in a small town near Dusseldorf and Cologne in Germany.
