Well, here we are the day after the new moon, and real close to the winter solstice, the Great Conjunction, and a brand new year. There's been so much buzz about this new moon and this Saturn Jupiter conjunction that I wanted to take some time during the podcast today to reassure anyone who need to hear it, that you don't have to have all your goals, dreams, and intentions figured out right now - even if it's a good time to set them.

We all are where we're supposed to be in our journey. It's so easy to get swept up in the momentum that we have to do more, be more, and try harder- especially to get where we want to go - but that's not always the way. Often times it's in the allowing that big changes happen.
The 2nd part of all of this is giving credit to the progress that we HAVE made. I looked up the goals and aspirations I was setting one year ago for this year, and I share a lot of what did happen and what didn't, and my thoughts on why.
