I decide on my quitting when it occurs to me that what I am doing is not worth it any more. Then I just quit.

I have no regrets over anything I quit. I felt relieved when I quit, free from the obligation that was more negative than positive.

I quit two marriages, I quit a few jobs, I quit Twitter, I quit LinkedIn, I quit "Unseen World", while I am on Facebook I quit posting on my time line, I quit Stage32, I quit VidLii, and there are more social media over the years I have quit too because it quit serving me.

Sorry it took me two days to get over here. I spent a couple of days accompanying someone who was travelling out of state. She is home now tonight. What would I like to quit? Some days everything.
